对AP1000压水堆核电站安全壳贯穿件的非径向管板焊接接头结构特点进行了介绍,并分析其超声检测工艺的重点和难点。通过建立统一的缺陷定位坐标系并结合被检构件的几何特点进行综合分析,推导得出了h值(缺陷回波最高点距套管外壁的距离)的计算方法。为超声检测对这类焊接接头缺陷的准确识别和定位提供了行之有效的方法,为解决这类焊接接头的超声检测技术受限区提供了行之有效的措施。 相似文献

Imbalance vibration is a typical failure mode of rotational machines and has significant negative effects on the effii-ciency,accuracy,and service life of equipment.To automatically reduce the imbalance vibration during the opera-tional process,different types of active balancing actuators have been designed and widely applied in actual produc-tion.However,the existing electromagnetic-ring active balancing actuator is designed based on an axial excitation structure which can cause structural instability and has low electromagnetic driving efficiency.In this paper,a novel radial excitation structure and the working principle of an electromagnetic-ring active balancing actuator with a combined driving strategy are presented in detail.Then,based on a finite element model,the performance param-eters of the actuator are analyzed,and reasonable design parameters are obtained.Self-locking torque measurements and comparative static and dynamic experiments are performed to validate the self-locking torque and driving effi-ciency of the actuator.The results indicate that this novel active balancing actuator has sufficient self-locking torque,achieves normal step rotation at 2000 r/min,and reduces the driving voltage by 12.5%.The proposed novel balancing actuator using radial excitation and a combination of permanent magnets and soft-iron blocks has improved electro-magnetic efficiency and a more stable and compact structure. 相似文献

为确保堆本体抗震试验中流体对流效应、脉冲效应和堆本体结构响应的准确性,需保证重力、流体与固体惯性力、结构弹性力和结构应变的相似性。本文从固体结构的振动方程、不可压牛顿流体的动力学方程、流固交界面的边界条件和环形柱体域内液体线性晃动的动力学公式出发,基于控制方程的量纲分析法,推导了考虑液体晃动效应的堆本体地震响应动力相似关系。基于上述相似关系建立了堆容器堆内构件和堆容器内自由液面流体域的缩尺模型,通过有限体积法分析堆容器堆内构件原型和缩尺模型中液体的晃动固有频率、晃动波高、压力以及液体晃动对堆容器支承裙的倾覆力矩。结果表明本文动力相似关系具有合理性和准确性,可用于堆本体缩尺模型的抗震试验研究。 相似文献

设计实现了一种可用于脊髓神经刺激器的多通道大电流神经刺激器。提出将电极短接和插入短电流脉冲相结合的混合模式,在大电流下,能更加快速地实现电荷平衡。电路设计上,将ADC动态比较器的回踢噪声消除技术应用于神经刺激器,使得动态比较器在输入压差较小时能够输出正确的比较结果,从而将电极上残留电压保持在更安全的范围内。基于CSMC 0.25 μm BCD工艺进行设计与仿真,结果表明,在单向且最大刺激电流为4 mA、刺激脉宽为60 μs、刺激周期为750 μs的条件下,该15 V、16路神经刺激器能实现±50 mV安全电压的有源电荷平衡。 相似文献

Assembly line balancing is important for the efficiency of the assembly process, however, a wide range of disruptions can break the current workload balance. Some researchers explored the task assignment plan for the assembly line balancing problem with the assumption that the assembly process is smooth with no disruption. Other researchers considered the impacts of disruptions, but they only explored the task re-assignment solutions for the assembly line re-balancing problem with the assumption that the re-balancing decision has been made already. There is limited literature exploring on-line adjustment solutions (layout adjustment and production rate adjustment) for an assembly line in a dynamic environment. This is because real-time monitoring of an assembly process was impossible in the past, and it is difficult to incorporate uncertainty factors into the balancing process because of the randomness and non-linearity of these factors. However, Industry 4.0 breaks the information barriers between different parts of an assembly line, since smart, connected products, which are enabled by advanced information and communication technology, can intelligently interact and communicate with each other and collect, process and produce information. Smart control of an assembly line becomes possible with the large amounts of real-time production data in the era of Industry 4.0, but there is little literature considering this new context. In this study, a fuzzy control system is developed to analyze the real-time information of an assembly line, with two types of fuzzy controllers in the fuzzy system. Type 1 fuzzy controller is used to determine whether the assembly line should be re-balanced to satisfy the demand, and type 2 fuzzy controller is used to adjust the production rate of each workstation in time to eliminate blockage and starvation, and increase the utilization of machines. Compared with three assembly lines without the proposed fuzzy control system, the assembly line with the fuzzy control system performs better, in terms of blockage ratio, starvation ratio and buffer level. Additionally, with the improvement of information transparency, the performance of an assembly line will be better. End of life (EOL) phase of a product is receiving more attention due to increase in environmental concerns, and many studies have been conducted for value creation in EOL, focusing on concepts as remanufacturing, reuse and recycling in sustainable production manner. This study especially focuses on one of global problem, e-waste. To minimise the amount of wastes and maximise recovered materials from EOL, disassembly is one of the most important concept, associated with reuse, and balancing disassembly line in an optimal way is essential for organisations. In disassembly line balancing (DLB), not only precedence of tasks, but also risk criteria related to environment and human safety should be considered for sustainability. The aim of this study is to propose a model based on triple bottom line (TBL) dimensions, i.e. human safety, environmental safety and business criteria. To achieve sustainability in DLB, and for risk assessment in sustainable DLB, it had been decided to use a multi-criteria method, i.e. TODIM, acronym in Portuguese of ‘Tomada de Decisão Iterativa Multicritério’. The proposed model included 22 disassembly criteria categorised under TBL dimensions, which are derived from the literature. Implementation of the study was conducted for computer disassembly processes, and as a result of the study approximately 12% an improvement in cycle time was succeeded. In the long run, the integration of sustainability in disassembly operations may contribute to the competitive advantage of the company in terms of differentiation and corporate image by achieving business, environment and human targets simultaneously. 相似文献

目的为了解决柑橘在实际包装过程中因于人工手动装袋、装箱等导致的效率低下问题,设计一条全自动柑橘包装生产线。方法基于“不知火”柑橘的特殊体型特征,使用传送带分级装置对其进行分级;通过倾斜皮带解决柑橘排列姿态的整理问题;经给袋式包装机装袋后,采用扭结式扎口装置对其进行封口;利用并联机器人对其进行装箱。通过计算生产节拍,合理规划每个工序的循环时间,并通过Flexsim软件对该生产线进行仿真分析与平衡优化。结果该生产线整体效率由89%提升到93%,能够正常运行且满足生产力的需求。结论该柑橘包装生产线实现了柑橘的分级、整料、装袋、装箱等工序,降低了工作强度,提高了生产效率,实现了包装过程的自动化。 相似文献

A lightweight type 4 vessel with a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) liner is analyzed. The derived heat transfer coefficients between the gas and wall are applied, and a parametric study is performed. An optimized charging strategy is also developed. Firstly, when the injected hydrogen temperature decreases, the charging time increases, and the charged gas temperature decreases. Secondly, the higher the ambient temperature, the shorter the charging time, and the higher the charged gas temperature. Thirdly, the larger the mass flow rate, the shorter the charging time, and the higher charged gas temperature. Fourthly, as the initial pressure inside the vessel increases, the charging time shortens, and the charged gas temperature decreases. Fifthly, using the formulated charging strategy, during summer, the charged gas temperature decreases by approximately 9 °C. In winter, the charging time is reduced by approximately 58 s. The results provide important information of temperature control for ensuring vessel safety. 相似文献
